What is the normal delivery time for the wedding film?
Standard delivery is within 60 days. Express delivery is available within 30 days.
How do you handle music preferences in the wedding film?
Your music choices are crucial to personalizing your wedding film. I encourage you to share your favorite songs or let me know the mood you envision. I will work closely with you to incorporate the perfect soundtrack, ensuring that your wedding film is a true reflection of your love story.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. If you have a specific vision or unique needs, I’m happy to tailor a package just for you.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. 30% is due upfront to secure your date(s), and the remaining balance will be paid no later than 2 weeks before the wedding. Custom payment plans are also available upon request.
What is the difference between Feature Film and Highlight Film?
The Feature Film is an in-depth retelling of the day; the Highlight Film is a shorter snapshot of the best moments.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I’m available for travel worldwide. Travel and lodging fees may apply depending on the location.
How do we receive the final film(s)?
Your films will be delivered digitally in a private online gallery, available to stream, download, and share with friends and family.
Do you coordinate with the planner or other vendors?
Absolutely. I work closely with planners, photographers, and other vendors to ensure a seamless experience and consistent vision.
